Chapter Chair's Report
Dear ASIS Columbus Chapter Members,
As we welcome the month of March, I'd like to remind everyone to set their clocks forward for Daylight Saving Time at 2 a.m. on Sunday, March 10 . It's a small change, but it signifies the brighter, longer days ahead, which I personally look forward to each year.
I'm also thrilled to announce our upcoming Annual Seminar and Exhibits (ASE) at the Hollywood Casino Columbus on May 16. This flagship event is a cornerstone of our chapter's annual activities, offering unparalleled opportunities for professional development, networking, and the latest insights into security trends and innovations.
We are putting together an engaging and informative program that promises to be beneficial for all our members, from front-line practitioners to senior management. Look for emails with registration information for both attendees and exhibitors in the coming weeks. Additionally, you can find all the details, including how to register, on our chapter website, ASIS27.org.
The ASE is a testament to our chapter's commitment to excellence and continuous improvement in the security profession. Your participation and contribution make these events a success, reflecting the strength and dedication of our security community.
I am looking forward to seeing everyone there, engaging with the content, and connecting with both old and new faces. It's an event you won't want to miss!
Warmest regards,
Scott R Wolford, CPP
